I made these images and video with NDunes, a cool real time 3d platform for large scale world generation. It's an amazing tool where you can built vast worlds easily.
Terrain is a height map I made with World Creator, brought into NDunes and added textures from megascans. Especially the displacement engine of NDunes is great which helps a lot with rocks, cliffs to get extra detail like overhangs. Vegetation (made with plant factory) is relatively high poly in the scene. So I used impostors for real time viewport and for render I switched to real geo which fades into distance and still got around 10 sec per frame on my poor RTX 2060 with only 8gb...which is Very cool! Can't imagine how fast it will be with one of those new RTX 3090 ;).....more to come since it's too much fun to explore that place from every angle and play with light settings
